The accuracy of tar nicotine and carbon monoxide measurements is established in accordance with the ISO Standard. The measurements provided for in para. and are verified by laboratories in Romania approved and monitored by the Ministry of Health or by laboratories from other member states approved and monitored by the competent authorities of the respective states included in the list of authorized laboratories in the member states published by the.
European Commission. The laboratories provided for in para. are not owned or controlled Country Email List directly or indirectly by manufacturers or importers of tobacco products. The Ministry of Health prepares and updates in case of changes the list of approved and monitored laboratories in Romania and sends it to the European Commission accompanied by the criteria used for approval and the monitoring means applied. The criteria used for the approval of laboratories in Romania and the means of their monitoring provided for in para. it is drawn up and approved by order of the Minister of Health published in the Official Gazette of Romania.
Part I within days from the date of entry into force of this law. and carbon monoxide emissions adapted on the basis of scientific and technical developments or internationally agreed standards and adopted by delegated acts of the European Commission are implemented by order of the Minister of Health published in The Official Gazette of Romania Part I within days of publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Ministry of Health notifies the European Commission of any measurement method it uses for cigarette emissions other than the emissions provided for in paragraph.
