Next Generation Omnyouji, The Account 2 - Outline
Characters:
1. Shun Lin - MC >> Lin's son
2. Shun's Gf- MC
3. Ichika Lin - MC>> Lin's daughter
4. Koujo Lin - Supporting
5. Madoka Mori Lin - Supporting
Basic Summary:
Fraternal twins Shun and Ichika and Lin are alike in just as many ways as they're different. One of those difference spawns from the fact that Shun is an Omnyouji in training. He was blessed (or cursed) with his father's blindness in one of his eyes. Though the blindness in that eye takes away his ability to see things related to the carnal dimension, he instead sees things associated with the spiritual dimension. Although his destiny lies with his father's trade, Shun has decided to take a different approach to binding spirits. He has decided to only bind spirits who are willing to be bound to him, rather than following tradition and binding shikis, who are spirits that are completely unaware of their surroundings.
Though his approach is well meaning, Shun soon finds himself in trouble when he binds the spirit of Tai Song, father and murderer of Shun Song.
Will history repeat itself in the next generation?
Part 1: Lin and Madoka are getting married
1. Lin & Madoka get married at a reception in Britain
2. A few weeks after the reception, Madoka has a doctor's appointment, at the appointment, Lin expresses concern that his blindness will be passed onto the twins. The doctor tells him that it is a definite possibility.
1. Pregnancy progression- Madoka is nearing due date: Pregnancy symptoms - Lin cares for Madoka, cue sweet fluff.
2. Madoka comments that Lifen and Naru seem to be friendly towards each other
1. Madoka's water breaks and she gives birth to the twins - the male twin, who Lin names Shun, is born with his blind eye.
Time Skip - sixteen years
1. Shun meets his Gf, a sweet girl who loves the color of his blind eye, something that he was self conscious about.
2. Shun binds Tai, who came to Shun as a “willing” spirit, but he had ulterior motives. He aids Tai perfectly for several months.
3. During this time, Ichika begins expressing jealousy in regards to Shun's powers.
4. **Personality Twist** - Tai begins disobeying
5. Tai becomes completely malicious
6. Tai's evil and dark personality affects Shun through their mental link, he becomes violent and angry, and won't speak to Ichika, who is normally his closet confident.
7. Tai provokes Shun to violence - he nearly kills Ichika and his Gf, and then shoots himself so that he won't kill them
Part 2: Shun wakes up in hospital after suicide attempt
1. Lin is furious - he'd warned Shun about the dangers of binding normal spirits whose identities he wasn't familiar with. During the conversation, Tai attacks, and Lin is injured.
2. Ichika does her best to defend them with the spirit that she has temporarily recruited (Eugene Davis)
3. Sensing that his family was in trouble, the spirit of Dajun Lin shows up to help Ichika and Gene. Shun's gf is threatened, and though still recovering, Shun does his best to protect her.
4. Ichika begins to realize that Shun's powers are not all that they're cracked up to be. In fact, they can be a double edged sword.
5. Once everything is said and done in the fight, Tai admits that he was exacting revenge for Shun's death. (flawed logic)
6. Tai breaks free of Shun's control, but seems to be passive for the moment.
7. Hell breaks loose again - Tai tries to kill Lin and Madoka's youngest child, **_****_**
8. Monk and Lin help the twins with an exorcism ritual.
9. Tai is destroyed, though not before he admits his reasoning for believing that he was doing the right thing by attacking Lin (even more flawed logic)
Part 3: Shun tries to be “normal”
1. Madoka cuts Shun's hair so that his blind eyes is uncovered, cue conversation where Madoka admits that she once told Lin the same thing that Shun's Gf told him - that she loves the color of his eye. She states that Shun is wiser for accepting that his gf loves him unconditionally and is willing to make her happy by accepting her compliment, something that his father was never able to do.
2. Shun and his gf are getting closer. He takes her to a dance and after that to a restaurant. They leave together and head to her parents house. They kiss, and things begin getting heated. Shun is ready to take things a step further, however she thinks that they should wait. As Shun is unbuttoning her shirt and touches her boobs, she tells him that they should keep things from progressing. Albeit unwillingly, Shun respects her wishes and the two instead share a sweet kiss.
3. The scene switches to Madoka and Lin standing in front of a fireplace kissing.
